My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Long Beach convention center and close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. However, there was a slight issue with cigarette smoke in the room, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.
